How It Works When you place your order, we ship your Imprint Kit to you within 72 hours via ground shipping, so you can capture your pet's paw print at home. Once you send your kit back to us, your finished glass heirloom will be lovingly handcrafted and returned to you — the full journey from intake to delivery takes approximately 4–5 weeks.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states. Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

No Expedited Shipping Due to the handcrafted, nature of our heirlooms and national demand for our process, we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time. We appreciate your patience — great things take time.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. Thank you for your understanding.

Imprint Kit Shipments Once your Imprint Kit has been handed off to the carrier, Hot Paws is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your kit is lost or significantly delayed before use, reach out to our experience team directly at studio@hotsandap.com —we'll evaluate a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Finished Heirloom Shipments Your completed glass heirloom is carefully packaged and ships smoothly in the vast majority of cases. However, once your heirloom has been handed off to the carrier, Hot Paws is not responsible for carrier-caused delays, losses, or damage in transit.
