Hot Paws Satisfaction & Return Policy

At Hot Paws, every piece is custom-engineered through our bespoke production process. Because these items are made-to-order, we do not accept standard returns or cancellations once production begins.

However, we stand behind the performance of our product with a dedicated performance guarantee:

• 90-Day Usage Guarantee: If your product fails to meet performance standards within 90 days of receipt, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit.

• Bespoke Process Timeline: Please note that because every piece is individually handled, any approved guarantee claims or adjustments require an approximate 4-week turnaround time from the date the item enters our facility.

How to Submit a Claim

If you need to execute a guarantee claim, please ship your product securely to our main studio:

Note: Return shipping costs and tracking are the responsibility of the sender. Items sent without prior communication or outside the 90-day window will not be processed.
